The Cerberus SFTP server is accessed via a public URL: https://crbs.admedsol.com
Logon is via the CerberusFTP SSO option and not via the Username and Password prompt:
Once logged in you will be presented with a screen similar to the following. Click your username to access your files and folders:
From here, select Add Files or Add Folder and Browse to the files or folders you wish to copy to your SFTP Folder. When done, click Start Upload to copy them to the server.
To perform actions on any file or folder already on the server, (eg delete, rename, download) left-click it to highlight in blue. Then right-click to bring up the context menu:
To share a file or folder with anyone inside or outside AMS, select Share from the above context menu. This will bring up the following screen where you must set a password and determine how for long the share will be available:
Note that a password is mandatory and should be sent to the recipient separately.
Once the password and availability/expiry time has been set, click Next to see further Options:
Click Next to go the Security screen (no customisable options here) and then Next again to go the Email screen:
On the Email screen, set the Recipient's Email Address, Subject and any Message that may be required:
Click Next to go the Review Screen, check all details are correct and then click Create Share:
This will email the recipient the link to the newly created share which they can access with the password that was set earlier. It will then take you back to your SFTP folder where the public link will now be visible:
